Having lived with stress…

Hi, I’m Elaine. I know first hand what it is like to feel stressed…be stressed…and get annoyed that I am stressed and not know how to not be stressed!! I know what it’s like to live in a life of tiredness….brain fog…stressed body…grumpy…pains & aches…and irritable or angry over small issues. I know what it’s like to eat high sugar junk foods to try to combat my lack of energy. I know what it’s like to feel guilty about how I have treated those closest to me because of stress. I also know the guilt and sadness of how I have treated my body through living in stress mode. (more…)
