A modern approach using new, effective techniques which offer accurate stress assessments & take clients from stress to success. The biggest cause of "stress" is emotional stress or negative emotions i.e. being afraid, angry or anxious. This new method engages the power of positive emotions, teaching us to work with our body, our emotions & our energy system.

How Modern Stress Management can help you:

Stress is something that we all experience from time to time.  Stress is an inbuilt response in our body to what the body perceives as a threat.  Our reaction or response to stress over long periods can have a direct impact on our health and wellbeing.  Our stress load (amount of stress we're under) over a long period can affect our hormones, our moods, our appetite, our weight and our relationships.  Sometimes, it becomes so overwhelming that it affects our ability to cope with any amount of stress and therefore can have an impact on your life in many negative ways.

At Cammish Wellness, we offer MODERN stress management techniques that clients can easily learn.  This helps clients to effectively manage their stress load but more importantly will help clients change their response to stress.  Some of the techniques can even be practiced discreetly whilst at work, in public, or at home.  We also assess a clients energy levels and help them to become aware of triggers.

What to expect in a consultation:

The initial session takes approximately 90 minutes.

During this time, as your Modern Stress Management Facilitator, I will outline the structure of the session & briefly discuss your main focus & carry out an accurate stress assessment.  Based on this assessment, you will be shown an easy way to identify stress levels.  You will then be taught new, easy to learn, practical techniques to reverse stress, energising yourself, moving forward into success.  We will then create a unique, personal stress management program together, to help you move out of stress & achieve your goals.

I will then discuss using MSM techniques at home & at work/school/college and will give you handouts (including detailed information & diagrams) and any additional useful information.  Pre-recorded videos of the MSM techniques can also be sent on, following our session.  The session is then wrapped up by re-centering, booking the next session and doing a final energising exercise.

Follow ups are normally scheduled for 1 week after the initial session & generally last for 4 - 6 sessions (depending on the client’s progress).  These last 60 minutes per session.  If combined with Energy Tapping or coaching, further personalised sessions may last 90 minutes per session.

It is important to note that a Modern Stress Management Facilitator does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.  This is solely carried out by G.P.’s or other qualified doctors.  MSM is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatments, but can complement most treatments that a client is receiving from their medical team.  If necessary, a G.P. referral and/or collaboration may be requested, with client consent.
