Hi, I’m Elaine. I know first hand what it is like to feel stressed…be stressed…and get annoyed that I am stressed and not know how to not be stressed!! I know what it’s like to live in a life of tiredness….brain fog…stressed body…grumpy…pains & aches…and irritable or angry over small issues. I know what it’s like to eat high sugar junk foods to try to combat my lack of energy. I know what it’s like to feel guilty about how I have treated those closest to me because of stress. I also know the guilt and sadness of how I have treated my body through living in stress mode.
Happily, I also now know how to break the stress cycle and use easy, simple techniques to de-stress, I know easy ways to make time to relax and look after myself, eat foods that help nourish & energise my body and use forms of movement that are positive and not an added stressor. Above all else, I know how to accurately assess my stress levels and what to do to reverse that stress and lift my energy to a happy positive state.
