Each session is specifically tailored to your individual needs.  We can explore your dietary and lifestyle habits to assess their influence on your health.  If necessary, I can suggest simple, achievable changes that may benefit your overall health & wellbeing.  I may recommend specific foods (nutrients), types of movement or breathing & relaxation techniques.  These may support your energy & mood, thus helping your body to cope with stress more effectively.  I will work alongside you, coaching you to make these positive, long lasting changes towards optimum health.
